"Our stay was outstanding. The location is superb, the room was well-designed and fun, breakfast was generous and tasty, and the access to excursions (and ability to book within 24 hours) was impressive. However, the key selling point of Dome for us was Nicola and the staff. Nicola was attentive and understanding from start to finish. He was available (if needed) by text throughout our stay and helped us with many things. Our flight was relocated and he was at hand to offer options. Fully recommended."

"Overall experience was very good. The suite was unusually decorated, large and clean. It was at the front of the hotel and there was some residual noise from the street. AC was good and housekeeping was efficient. It’s in a good location for Via Etna, Piazza Duomo and other spots and very close to a host of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed to interact with them. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not in keeping with the style or ‘sense’ of the hotel. The restaurant struggled to keep with the demand of a lot of guests having breakfast at the same time. There was very little information about the services in the hotel. Nothing in the room or advertised around the hotel. The gym was very small."
