This quiet little corner of Carcassone was so close to the walled city, yet was beautiful to stay at, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the pool was a fantastic spot to cool off in the afternoon. Plus, the decor of the rooms was fantastic (our was hot pink and orange). Could not have been happier with our stay at Hotel Montmorency!"

We had an issue with entering the property as the lock seized-up and we had to call to find a solution. Bertrand answered promptly and was very friendly and easy-going which alleviated our worries and he quickly sent a locksmith over to let us in. For something which could've really sent a cloud over our stay it was handled so efficiently...
