"The host waited for me to check in beyond their standard check in hours. Thank you! The room is very clean, and what a location!! Close to everything and everywhere in Lucca that I needed to get to, be the train station, restaurants, the wall, the tower. Really enjoyed my time at Lucca. One slight short coming, there's a bar that stay open till late past midnight. So there is some noise coming from there. She provided ear plugs if needed, I was too tired to notice, so it didn't bother me too much."

"Location, reception area, staff, breakfast, buildings, etc were all fantastic. Only our room (Diana side) felt a little out of date. The bathroom was great - modern fixtures, etc - but the furnishings in the sleeping area looked out of the 60's, the mattresses were very soft (double bed had two single mattresses), and there was no fridge. Our window also opened onto what looked like a private courtyard. There was AC, however, and no ambient noise at night, so we still had a great night's sleep. All in all, it's a great deal for the price."
