As usual, Fairmount staff are unbelievably helpful and pleasant

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Having accommodations with a kitchen and laundry was amazing. Our family also enjoyed the mountain view hot tub each night we stayed.

The room is very clean and has been actually cleaned every day during our 6-day stay. Anything I requested for the room was taken care quickly, which was very impressive.

The aurora building elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs each time. Also, check in for the property in the beginning was difficult since there is no front desk and wanted like me to take a picture of myself prior to check in which could not upload on the Expedia message. Email did not go through whoever agent was asking for it for check in and the lady at the other end of the line barely spoke proper English.Also, the Spa is not “connected” to the resort, it’s its own separate entity even though it’s right there next to the resort. you need to pay extra for and took a rather long time to sign up. However, the pool and hot tub come with the resort and was rather nice

Property has seen some better days. The elevator makes me worried.
