"Very nice and clean. Great value. Toilet was too close to sink fixture. Hard to lean over to wipe my butt. Toilet seat was loose for an even worse butt-wiping dynamic. No usb-c charging outlets. Overall a really great value. Stay here if you don't poop a lot and have an old phone."

"Just a one night stay,but enjoyed the historical hotel and the area was great and close to the parks.We stayed on the top floor 18, and the Jr.Presedetial Suite was ideal. Great view and large room. Plenty of options for food all around."

"The rooms are nice but in areas they show their age. The staff are excellent. The bar is nice and the parking is fantastic. It's a gem of a hotel in Niagara Falls but it could be a diamond. It's the little things that being it down from a 5 star experience. Someone should do a room by room and address the cleanliness - scrub the walls and check all of the sheets. In addition there was water damage in our bathroom that looks like it just needs some TLC and maybe a remodel. The longer it's left unaddressed - the bigger the problem becomes. I would recommend this hotel based on the staff alone - they are extremely polite and professional."
