"The room was clean, the staff were friendly and they offer safety deposit boxes which was also helpful given we were traveling internationally. The hot tub did seem to have too much chlorine in it as it made our eyes burn after about 10 minutes in it (none of us have sensitivities to chlorine). The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of the attractions we were attending which was very nice. Possible small things that could have made the stay better would be signage in the elevator for where to find the pool and fitness area, a bottle fill station at the water fountain and liners in the trash cans (in the rooms). We had a great stay and the river view room with the balcony was beautiful. I would definitely stay here in the future!"

"I love this hotel! We visit often, because my children love to go swimming. The pool is warm, the staff is kind and efficient and the rooms are always clean. "

"We really enjoyed our 4-night stay here. We requested a room with a view, and it was fabulous from the 26th floor. The city lights from the NY side at night was just what we wanted. It reminded us of the Manila City lights at night. We tried most of the restaurants on site, and they were all fine and very convenient. The room was clean, but they had no maid service during our stay. Still, we would recommend this hotel/casino."
