"The house was beautiful with great views and we loved the location. However, we were very disturbed by the conditions of the chicken coop on the property. There was a dead hen and the two living chickens did not have food in their bowls and were out of water with their water source disconnected. Luckily we were able to feed them as there was chicken feed and water on the property. One of the rooms had dirty sheets with hair and dead bugs on them and the hot tub heating took 8 hours to warm up....

"Wonderful stayed in hotel, room was very clean and nice, it has nice size refrigerator and comfortable bed, bath room has double sinks and big walking shower. Nice landscape and walking trail around the property. Close distance to Pismo beach, Morrow bay and San Luis Obispo. Will be back again"

"The view is beautiful! Our fur babies stay for free which is always a plus. Only downfall was that it wasn’t to clean there was a piece of bacon left on the chair in the room and a wash cloth left in the shower. We notified the front desk she apologized and gave us a pack of chocolates."

The front desk staff on check should have given us the or made us aware of the daily activities on property. Would have been nice to have utilized them. She was also useless at restaurant recommendations. Thank goodness for our phones. But I loved the hotel, our room, location & everything's else. Would stay again"

"The property is well cared for, for such an extravagant facility. The steakhouse and cafe are both wonderful. Great staff and tasty dishes. Do yourself a favor and order something fired in the oak bbq pit. Our room was clean and pleasant. Lots to do onsite, but be ready to pay more than average. Most everything is pricey, but fairly worth the experience. Would definitely visit again!"
