DESIGN:
Brand new apartment renovation featuring natural hardwood floors
Soundproofed main entrance for a peaceful environment
Throughout the apartment we have natural pinewood flooring (NZ and Canadian pine)
THE SPACE:
We have designed the space to be multifunctional.
There are two separate rooms that convert during the day into lounge space living with day beds and at night convert into large double beds.
All mattresses are composed of memory foam and super comfy. We have memory foam pillows too!
BUNK BEDS:
In one of the rooms there are two bunk beds (adult size), a great space for kids or
adults. The space can be open plan or closed off for added privacy with functionality designed given the small space. We have also installed blackout curtains for all windows and bunk beds.
CHEFS KITCHEN:
We have a full working kitchen with peninsula waterfall design for dining. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, extraction fan with a light, custom designed sink, 4-burner induction, rice cooker, electric kettle, fridge, dinnerwares, pots, pan, baking dish, spices, free paper towels, dishwashing pad, trash bags & cleaning stuff and bench top counter space with bespoke cutting boards.
ROOMS:
Total area of the apartment is 36 sqm.
Each separate room has its own smart TV with free wifi. One bedroom has 65 inch TV
for a better cinematic experience. Foradded storage there is space under the day
beds or wardrobes.

2 Double beds (daybeds convertible to full bed) & 2 bunk beds (adult size)
All linens, pillows and duvets are in their rooms corresponding wardrobes. Clean bath towels, hand towels and floor towels are also available.
BATHROOM:
Shower has hot water. We provide dental kit (toothbrush & toothpaste), house slippers, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, iron/ironing board & handwash.
We also have kitchen and bathroom cleaningproducts. We provide kitchen cloths and a
fresh new dish pad with non-chemical dishwashing liquid.
ENTRANCE:
The front entrance is soundproofed for a quiet night's sleep. All doors within the
apartment are sound proof designed.
Self Check-in via lockbox
If guests prefer to meet on entry thats recommended so we can provide some further info on the unit otherwise guests can simply pick up the keys in a lockbox located behind the window next to the front door. There is a 3 digit PIN number we will forward prior to arrival.

PARKING:
Unfortunately we do not have free dedicated parking. If you need one, please message us so we can find you a paid parking spot - price is at around 200-250 per 24hrs. There is available common parking and you can approach any guard on duty near the building where you can park for free. The downside is that they may ask you to move your car if it is blocking another car. Let us know if you need a parking space so I can find one for you!
Parking is within the complex safe and secure with 24 hour security guards. The management and body corporate is strict regarding parking inside the premises.
We do have multiple safe and secure FREE motor bike parking.
USB PORTS:
We have several USB ports throughout the unit with multiple power sockets. There is a
desk for working on a laptop with USB ports and outlets under the floating desk shelf.

We provide a printed guide inside the unit that contains all important how-to's inside the
apartment and personal recommendations on food and places to go.
