"This was a nice roomy place with plenty of room. It is within driving distance of Pisa and the beach and a few other local towns as well. There was plenty of parking as well. I would highly recommend having a car to be able to stay here though. It had a nice mini kitchen with fridge and microwave, it would have been nice if it had a freezer as well. We really like staying here."

"Very nice hotel, close to the beach, a 5-10 min walk through a pine grove. Breakfast (11 euro) - was good.
The room itself was spacious, good air conditioners, fridge, stove, sink, balcony and rack for drying swimming suites. Beach towels are not included/provided. Bathroom shower did not drain very well. There was a chemical smell in the room. Overall the stay was good."
"Absolutely beautiful property among the pine trees. Nice little restaurant, ideal pools and play area for little kids. Location is perfect for exploring the region. Great beaches only 10-15 minutes away.
The apartment was very clean and everything necessary for our stay was available.

"Oh my this villa stay was one of the best we have had - so relaxing , spacious , fully equipped for all our needs We hosted a party as a prelude for my daughters wedding , and one Consuella and her team made the most fantastic pizzas and two all my guests remarked on how lovely the villa was - so thankyou Marco and Laura for letting us stay in this lovely villa in such a remarkable setting"
"The AC and toilet never worked, and the manager wanted us to stay in those conditions. The manager forcefully grabbed my friend's arm and led her to the AC unit, arguing that it worked. In addition to her rude manners, she displayed a very aggressive attitude. A manager should resolve the guest's problem, not impose their point of view, much less with a rude and disrespectful attitude. I would never go back to a place like that."
