"Beautiful lodge with friendly personal. Rooms were good size and clean. Hot coffee in the lobby with a very large selection of table games for families to play. Saw a black bear 15 minutes after checking in. No threat but nice to watch in the wild."

"The room was very comfortable with a nice sized bed with a tv and mini refrigerator along with a microwave. Had a tub/ shower combo. Quite lovely to come back to a warm room after exploring all day."

"This is a wonderful cabin in Wilsonia, a small group of cabins in Kings Canyon National Park. The cabin is spacious and well laid out, with a modern kitchen. The pellet fireplace is great feature on cold evenings and mornings. There are many sites to see nearby, and plenty of trails. We’ll come back if possble."

"This is a great lodge/cabin style property in the woods off the Generals Highway. There’s a lake and tennis and archery. People come to vacation here. We were only staying here while exploring Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon so didn’t take advantage of the facilities as much but the food and service was incredible. All meals are included and they are very high quality buffet style. The direct access bridge to the property was damaged so there was a 15 min detour via a dirt road into the woods which was a bit inconvenient but part and parcel of the whole forest experience I guess. The room was spacious and the linens were good. I would come back if I was in the area again. The staff was lovely too. "

"Stony Creek is a charming small lodge located in the beautiful Sequoia National Forest. It is an older facility but is well maintained and clean. The staff was excellent and attentive to our needs. Though there is a short drive to the main sights in Sequoia National Park, it is away from the crowds and is more affordable than other options in the area. Free breakfast included! We enjoyed our stay there very much!"
