"This hotel checks all the boxes for our must-haves: 1) clean and quiet room with comfortable mattresses, 2) convenient location and parking, 3) great breakfast, and 4) helpful staff. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We walked to the pedestrian mall and university campus in less than 10 minutes. The parking is connected to the hotel with access to the elevators and is $15 per day which is a great rate for urban parking. The breakfast was tasty and offered a nice variety that worked for our entire family. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. This is a great hotel at a great price-point. The rooms do no have a microwave which was not important to us, but it might be to others. We will certainly stay here again! "
