"This hotel was absolutely wonderful and in a perfect location. The Front desk was kind and very helpful on everything level . The room was very quiet and clean — I loved the hotel. The Valet service especially Angel was extremely helpful, kind and courteous and was the best part of my stay at the Berkeley. It’s the small details that matter and valet service like Angel makes the difference in a hotel stay. The Berkeley hotel is my hotel for all my trips to Richmond and make sure to ask for Angel — he is one of the best !!!"

That said, staff are generally responsive once you connect with them, and they’re helpful and professional when you need something. Overall, it’s an enjoyable, comfortable stay in a prime Richmond location—and one I’d be happy to recommend, especially for anyone who values walkability and a higher-comfort hotel experience."

"Wanted to check out Carytown, Richmond for the weekend and really enjoyed staying at this home. It was clean, had all the home needs you could imagine and was perfect for us as we had to bring out dog and the fenced in back yard was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"Lovely home base with welcoming touches and lots of thoughtful extra touches like hairdryer, spices, shampoo, etc. Communication was excellent and included info on walkable places in the area. Super convenient neighborhood and easy access to downtown area including convention center."
