The ocean views were stunning, and having direct access to a private beach made the experience even more special. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The pools were fantastic, especially for families with children, and the entire resort was very well maintained. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to help and ensure we had a great experience. The location is perfect if you’re looking for a quieter side of Puerto Rico while still being close enough to explore nearby attractions. We truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, beautiful sunsets, and memorable family time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hyatt Hacienda del Mar to anyone visiting Puerto Rico! 🌴☀️🌊"

"Great stay. Pool and jacuzzi. A restaurant and market in the hotel for easy bites. Only thing I would like for them to improve is better service for room cleaning, we had to get extra towels from the pool area to take to our room because we would get back and the dirty towels had not been replaced. But overall I felt safe and comfortable and old San Juan was walkable from the hotel. I would stay again."

"all positive except the "beach club" was located on a public beach which is expected but it was not clean. there was seaweed every where and sea shells. to get into the beach you had to pass a small playground that looked like it had homeless sitting there. when you think of beach club you think of a cleaner area. the chairs also looked old and uncomfortable."

"The hotel show s signs of water damage on the upper floor walk way, the pool was nice but once you go under water there was lots of debris and trash on the bottom. Also I was charged a fundraising campaign fee that I did not approve. I called the hotel and was directed to accounting, no one answered and the voice ma box was full. . The breakfast was nothing to write home about and did the job. Some of the security female were rude toward the end of hours for the pool."
