"Owners need to buy more sheets and towels. Both are sub standard and need to be replaced. Extras should always be on hand. Definitely does not live up to the standard of other ayendia hotels"

"Stayed a night before in the single room and it was bad. The private room with an attached bathroom is much better. "Every time we travel to Bucaramanga we stay at the Sonesta Hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is great and friendly. They have a great restaurant on the top of the building and you can see the whole city. The hotel is attached to the large mall so you can go down stairs and going into the mall. Great restaurants and shopping all around the hotel. I tell all my friends to stay there when in town."
