"This was my second time staying here and this is probably the cleanest hotel in NPR. The people working are so kind, welcomed me back, thanked me for returning, etc. As someone who works in hospitality, they truly go above and beyond. Kiley (sp?) at the front desk is a true gem - so kind, patient and polite. I look forward to my next visit. "

" The bed frame was peeling and rusted because it was a metal one. The chair in the room was dirty with a pillow that didn't even match it, the curtains was dusty. The only thing that looked decent was the shower looked new like it had just got remodeled. In the sink, before you go in the bathroom. Individuals actually live there, drugs, drinkers, it's more like a drop in hotel to do what you wanna do and go home afterwards. Me and my family left the next day because we had to wait until we got another room. We was reimbursed for 1 day. Will never stay there again my daughter had roaches in her room."

"The house was beautiful! The pool was great kids couldn’t stay out of it! There’s fishing poles already at the house if you want to go fishing. There’s games and TVs in almost every room. Had everything you pretty much need for your everyday living. The only issue was the stopper to the hot tub. I did contact the host and she was so great she responded right away and came up with ways to fix any issues at hand. House was really clean. Had a great stay here at this house!"

"Very nice rooms. Don't depend on a lot from the market place there, or accept the first floor room next to conference area, it gets very loud during parties and all, but I really very well maintained property."

"The pool was very good. My grand children enjoyed the days they were here.A few things required maintenance, but the handyman repaired what he was allowed to.The patio door was very hard to open and close, the handyman said the top track needed replacing but all he was allowed to do was clean and lubricate the bottom track. Other things were problamatic but repaired.The host was easily accesable and responded quickly. Would I stay again ....maybe."
