"People were nice. Staff and event crew amazing. I’ve been to multiple RIU resorts. This location is great because of where it is. You can go to all the clubs and bars: the best late is outdated compared to cabos. The staff is what would keep me coming back. Food is okay. As I said I’ve been to many of your resorts there was more Variety . Pools were clean! Which is a plus ."

"The RIU was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment team—they were amazing and kept everyone engaged with fun activities and great shows. We had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back!"

"It is extremely hard to make a reservation for the restaurant on the app. The workaround is that you can go directly to the restaurant when it opens and you can put your name on the waitlist. However, It’s possible that the restaurant is fully booked and that they can not guarantee they will have a table for you unless someone cancels. There are three restaurants on site and it’s strange that the Mediterranean and the Italian don’t open on the same day. When one is open, the other one is closed. Having said that, on any given day you only have two restaurants to choose from. And what’s even more strange is that they will tell you the restaurant is fully booked, but you see some tables not being occupied at all. Overall food was average. Everything else was fine. The hotel was very well maintained and organized and the staff was friendly."

"This is a solid resort with well-designed pool areas that never seemed crowded. Caters to a party crowd, but there were also family activities and evening shows. Great resort to celebrate with a group. The food was on par with most all-inclusive resorts, and there were several dining options. The steakhouse should have a reservation option because people were turned away nightly. The quality of drinks was the main area of disappointment, they were watered down and bottom shelf brands."
