"The Spa experience was wonderful along with the many pools and access to the beach. It is a beautiful property. Dinner at Sea and Stones was delicious! The buffet was also amazing with many options and something for everyone. My room was in building D with a balcony and ocean and pool view. Beautiful room. I was most impressed with the incredible Hospitality from everyone that worked there. "

"We (family of 4) stayed at this resort in the F&F Suite and had an awesome experience. The property is extremely well maintained and clean, service was incredible from all staff, and there is so much to do. Highly recommend for family vacation. "

"Pools were great, staff responsive. Italian restaurant was HORRRIBLE. Every other restaurant was decent. Drinks are just ok, nothing special. Access to XCARET park was wonderful!!! Loved that it was included."

"Room was clean and neat. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was plentiful good but could be kept warmer. Our hallway seemed a little dark and were working on the ceiling tearing down drywall in places which made it dusty for a couple of days. Overall very nice resort and the rooms have cold A/C! "

"Everything was amazing! All staff members were very helpful and friendly, the food was delicious and the hotel was kept very clean. Luis welcomed us and immediately left a great impression and Fernando assisted us with our cabanas and his service was outstanding. Loved it so much we’re already planning our next trip back! "
