"Perfect for families! They have lots of fun activities for children, as well as swimming pools with water slides. The food is okay—not the best—but we really enjoyed the Italian restaurant. The staff was amazing and made our stay even better!"

"Overall I had a good week at RIU Cancun. The food was good at all if the restaurants and the buffet was mid. The staff was friendly but the hotel has some stupid dress code stuff for a hotel on the beach. The room was whatever; nothing wowed me and it did not feel high end. I'm not the biggest fan of the location of the resort. I would recommend going a little further south. The parties they offer are fun and worth the trip. The activities provided by the staff were good, nothing fantastic. If you don't care for the big parties, then there is no real reason to go to this resort over other ones."

"Rented a cabana, didn't realize, there was so much seaweed. I Wish the staff had told me prior. Refrigerator in room made loud noises. Overall staff was very friendly."

"Live Aqua Cancún gets all 10’s across the board with me! The staff were super friendly and helpful with any and everything that I needed. The resort was very clean and the food was absolutely delicious at every restaurant on the premises. I would 100% recommend this resort if you’re planning to go to Cancun.
