"Hotel is located in a quiet area of Providencia and is gated for security. (This is normal in Santiago.) We stayed at a time when there was much social unrest and the staff were very helpful in advising us of where to go and where and what to avoid. Most of the the other guests were couples like us. Atmosphere is relaxed. The apartments are comfortable. We had a one bedroom apartment with lounge, although oddly, to us at any rate, the tv was in the bedroom. Staff are happy and made us feel...
