"Location is good, but the hotels suffers from lack of maintainance, wooden toilet doors are broken, walls paint peeled off. Electrical sockets were removed and coverd in an unsafe way.
Also service is very bad. It took more than 1 hour to give towels when i requested (it wasn't existing in the room when i checked in) besides they said only one towel allowed. No pathropes, no slipers. No hair dryer.

"I recommend this hotel.The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very attentive. Room service is very fast and detailed. Room was always made up by the time I got back, even if i was gone for only a short time.
The pool and cafe are wonderfull. And room was comfortable and the beds and pillow were great to sleep on.
As a foreigner, the hotel staff were great especially as I know a little Arabic and was only communicating in English. Ahlam was very helpful an attentive to any concern or issue I had was quick to resolve it and I highly appreciate that. "
