"As a hotel with a 3 Star rating it was better than my expectations. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It’s one of the best ones I’ve ever had. The bathroom exhaust doesn’t really keep the humidity out of the bathroom. Water drops from the ceiling were landing on me. And even though they had a working tv you couldn’t log in to your own Netflix(or other) accounts. The main door not opening automatically is a bit troublesome with family luggage. But on a very positive note the staff in all locations were very pleasant and accommodating. This hotel is definitely better then a number of past reviews we have read."

"This is an amazing property. Very spacious and so lovely. It was a wonderful stay. The staff is so kind. The rooms are large and very clean. The grounds are beautiful. It’s also close distance to the town of Sturbridge. Cute coffee, ice cream and nice cafes. I can’t wait to come back!!"

"Stayed here because most other hotels were booked; however, after spending $513.69 for two nights, I'd rather stay somewhere else or change my trip dates. The check-in was ok. No coffee in the morning, other than in your room. Total waste of money, and would not stay here again, nor recommend it."

"Well, it was horrible, and I will never go again. You got kids screaming through the hallways at night while I'm trying to sleep. Parking was horrible for a handicap veteran. there was only 4 handicapped spaces. I had to park at the furthest spot of the parking lot. Half your gym equipment is broken and needs to be replaced."
