"This hotel was awesome! I went for a conference. All the staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming to everyone at the conference. The rooms are in great condition and very clean. The woman who cleans the 12th floor was so sweet and kind. The restaurants here are phenomenal. Kestra has amazing breakfast! My only complaint about this place is the valet staff. At least two walked by me as I loaded my own luggage into my car….after they brought my car up from the parking garage. I thought it was distasteful."
