"We absolutely loved our stay—the location is both central and beautiful, and overall it was a great spot for the price. I understand that this was a budget-friendly rental, and I didn’t expect perfection, but I was a little disappointed by a few cleanliness issues.When we arrived, the bathroom trash hadn't been taken out, the dishes hadn't been cleaned, there were items left in the dryer, the back area seemed messy, and we even came across a decent-sized roach. "Cute little apartment in close proximity to where we needed to be. The mop & bucket were left in the kitchen, there were no trash bags, no central air, no hand towels and the upstairs people were loud running back and forth at all times of the night. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good and all the appliances worked. Need more outlets in the kitchen. "

"Great place especially for a larger family or group for such a good price! My kids loved it. A lot to do closeby. Great communication with owner. Loved that it was pet friendly too! Did feel like we had to be quiet so kinda stressed me out since people above and below. And we happened to go on street sweeping days so parking was difficult so just be mindful of that- I think it’s Monday and Tuesday. "
