"I booked this hotel months in advance. I was arriving early redeye time on Saturday morning and had booked for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). I called Friday to let them know I would be checking in early Saturday morning and just wanted the front desk to know I would be showing up. The front desk lady was distracted was just repeating herself and kept telling me if I do not check in on Friday my room would not be guaranteed. Which again I was confused since I have already paid in full months ago. She said she couldn't help me and transferred me to reservations who also could not help me and advised me to call expedia. Expedia was able to call the front desk and have them leave a note I would arrive Saturday morning. I arrive Saturday morning and they cancelled my reservation as a no show. I was beyond frustrated. The only positive thing was that the manager on duty was nice and was able to fix this and assured me I did what I was supposed to do if I want my room right away and not wait until check in time at 3pm. I doubt I will stay here again after this experience. "

"Three things that really made this a problem… 1. $25 a night for parking in an area with plenty of parking and no reason, other than making money off your guests. 2. Why do I check in on the app, do everything requested, request a digital key and STILL have to go to the front desk to check in all over again! 3. Breakfast (on Sunday) only until 9am!!! I’m not kidding they turned the juice machine off and removed everything at 8:59… with people in there still trying to get food. It was almost like they shamed us for even attempting to get coffee! We stay quit frequently at Hampton and this by far felt like the worst when it comes to feeling like a guest. Literally felt like a burden. Don’t know that we will ever stay here again. "

"I do not recommended!!!!!!!!! Air conditioning in poor condition rooms are filthy the baby was walking in socks the socks are what I can describe caked with smoke tar we had to throw them away, no vent in the restroom walked in smelled like arm pits, ruin in the hallways never was power washed all weekend staff rude especially night staff maintenance was helpful cable box wouldn’t work called for service box replaced then stuck on 1 channel night staff with her rude sarcastic attitude tells me “ it can’t be stuck in one channel” I told her go see for your self … also they have over 60 units ppl living in I booked the room for 3 adults we only got 2 lg towels all day Saturday we were told towels washing to come back I. 20 mins then that they will send some up then there is no towels … on line it said I can pay for late check out I was refused by front desk guy LIVING in the room above us bad drug addict tweeter up all weekend Friday to Sunday non stop banging stomping fighting music non stop movement I didn’t sleep well … no dogs posted everywhere well the ppl living there has dogs even aggressive pit pulls that try to attack a person .. they have signs no smoking or 300 fine nope ppl living there smoking someone next to our room was smoking weed .."

"Really cool, vibey hotel. Funky decor, excellent food & drinks. Club Lou Lou is a must. The noise is a bit much on weekends. I was kept awake until almost 3 am with club level noise - 2nd floor room. Other than that, really impressed!"
