"The light that there was security monitoring the parking lot. It felt safe. There staff were nice and explained everything the place felt a little outdated, but the beds were comfortable also liked the room with the snack machines"

"The staff were very nice and responsive to our concerns. Our room was nice enough, but there were leftover socks from a previous guest in the bedside table, a piece of metal sticking out of an outlet, and we were missing bedding for the sofa bed. After reporting this, the electrical issue was resolved, but not the bedding/cleaning which is unfortunate… Breakfast was great, and they kept the common areas very clean."

"We stayed for the long weekend. The staff was kind & gracious. The room was clean & the hotel was very quiet. We only ate at the restaurant for breakfast, but it was always good. We are return guests & will not hesitate to stay here again."

"This hotel is very outdated and run down. The star rating is at best a 2.5 star. We arrived late and the front desk was understaffed. They were doing a great job handling it and were courteous. When we got to our room there were big stains on the chair and the room was not to a clean line standard I would expect from a Hilton property. The hallways are run down and all the doors on our floor looked like someone had been stabbed randomly by something sharp with gouges/holes on the door. A few had been painted over but it wasn't done well. The heating and cooking system is really bad. If you set the temp to above 65 the heat kicked on even though the room temp was 69. So the only way to get air conditioning was to set it at 65 and freeze The water pressure in the shower was also really bad. We got in so late that I didn't have the energy to go down and wait and complain to the front desk, they were understaffed. We were just there overnight and left early. Overall this is a property is in bad need of repair and updating. The lobby looked nice but once you entered the hallways and rooms it was fast downhill. "
