The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is ideally located. Rooms well equipped and very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed my first stay, and will recommend to friends and family.

Nothing special about this hotel. Over rated in my opinion. Poor Internet connection in the room was the main bugbear. In this day and age internet is a utility item, alongside water and electricity. Hotel had plenty of excuses but no one to fix the issue. My husband is a cancer sufferer and relies on app based support for his condition. On this trip we stayed in the Eva across the road, internet was fine, never let us down once, same experience with the hotel we used in Lisbon. Sadly Occidental was a not up to the mark.
