"Staff is amazing! Our room was not very clean, there were water rings on the jacuzzi from drinks from the prior guest. When showering, the shower would stop and you would have to wait for it to flow again. The worst part is we got food poisoning that lasted several days. Their pool side food court had a large pan of cooked hamburgers setting out and they would placed them in the grill to warm up a bit, not enough to melt the cheese. I should have known better than to eat one because I’m pretty sure that is what got us all sick. We came 8 years ago and it was much better then. Will not be come back."

"Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff were amazing and friendly, very kind. Pool was in the rooftop with an amazing view all around. The restaurant had good food if you didn’t want to leave the building. Good restaurants just steps away. Very central and a 10 minute walk to the beach. If looking for a quiet place to stay and relax, this is definitely the place to be."

"We had to upgrade to a balcony with Ocean view and it was gorgeous. Food at this property is inadequate. Not worth the extra $100 US per day. Much better to eat at the local places down the street or Romantic zone. "

"Got caught in the cartel chaos. The resort could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They extended our stay at a very reasonable rate. Extremely clean and well run property. Food was great and staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to Sandra in the Chipotle Buffet."

"The property is beautiful, compact. Food is very good, the buffet has a wide selection of choices. Nice that you can walk forever on the beach in either direction. Found our room on the 4th floor on the inside area very noisy at night with the shows on. Would choose an outside room if we returned "
