After flying over 30hrs + to get to Sandton, the lady at front was very understanding and got me into a room asap (hours before check in time) so I get crash for a few hours before biz meeting. If I could give her 6 stars (out of 5) I would. Breakfast is also equally as awesome. Shout out to the gentleman behind bar preparing fresh juice. His ginger/ carrot juice shots are fantastic to get you going every morning! "

"Excellent hotel in Sandton, close to everything you need and with a shuttle. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Only downside - you are advised not to walk around after dark and even get an uber late at night on the dark streets felt a little sketchy. If I am in Johannesburg I would stay here again."

"I stayed in one of the Superior Rooms. Presented well, clean, maintained well. Housekeeping staff and Reception staff as well as Room Service were quick to act on requests. Had also booked a separate room for family visiting South Africa on a different floor. Happy with service and will definitely be back. Tulu and Thuli (Chef) in the restaurant, Moeketse in the bar area, you guys were wonderful. One Maintenance gentlemen, I have to mention - changed the safe batteries for me, he was very kind and so respectful throughout our stay. Overall - Impressed. ❤️ "
