The staff were all so friendly and took the time to wish me a happy birthday, there was such a nice personal touch to the customer service. The food and were facilities were great. "Staff were great attitude wise. Room was very large, but the decor not my taste. Specifically booked a room with a balcony and first got given one without. Dinner was terrible. Covid had a big impact on this property. The spa was however amazing."
