Candace shared discount information for a local eatery and welcomed our grandchildren like family. The holiday decorations were festive and fun. "We were looking for a fun place to spend Christmas with our family of 14, which includes 8 grandkids that range in ages from 9 months to 15 years old, and thankfully we found this amazing property. It is beautifully designed and we especially enjoyed the Christmas Trees and other holiday decorations! In addition, there are enough bedrooms that everyone had their own comfortable space and the community spaces are large enough to comfortably seat our family. This includes two living rooms on the first floor, the nicely equipped kitchen, dining room, the downstairs entertainment area, the indoor pickle ball area and the amazing indoor swimming pool! We also enjoyed the walking trail that circles this beautiful property! Also, I'd like to give a shout out to Nick who made the renting process pleasant and easy!"

"I upgraded to the hotel tub room when I got to the hotel. They were very accommodating. The lady at the desk was VERY friendly and super sweet! The room was okay.. I was not able to use the hot tub because it was really late when we got back to the hotel from the casino (the reason for our trip) and I went to get in the hot tub, I started to fill it up and there was this greenish/brown film on top of the water. I felt the bottom on the tub and it was very slimy and slippery. I just couldn’t get it in. I told the lady in the am when checking out and she gave me my money back for the upgrade which i thought was nice. I would definitely stay here again! Very accommodating and very nice! The customer service was exceptional!"
