Do not rent this property!!! It is not up to Champions Gate Standards. When we arrived the house smelled like a body was in it. We eventually found old meat in the oven covered in maggots. The place looked like squatters had been living there. The beds were not made. Old food was in the fridge, the pool was dirty. Furniture is old and bad condition. We were no allowed early check in but once we got there had to wait 5 hours for a cleaning crew ( a man his wife and his 5 month old daughter) to clean this filthy house. The pool gave everyone skin rashes and viral infections. And they would not offer us our money back. We did not want to have to stay in this run down dirty home. This company is heartless and is basically a scam. Stay any where but here

Great house but needs improvements
Very good overall experience except that the house is not in very good conditions, 1 bed was broken, washer machine and garbage disposal didn’t work, but I still had a great experience overall, thanks!

Was asked to submit a series of selfies holding my Credit Card and ID to get keyless door code. Only to check out and be charged for garbage take out - towel that were used to clean living space - and a spot that was already on a heavily used white comforter. Plus the Outrageous $275 Cleaning Fee. I seen all the Bad Reviews and decided to try it anyway because I visited the Champions Gate in the past. However there are multiple property owners. It’s crazy to me to be receiving charges a week after vacation on a property that everything is ala-cart. We purchased propane for grill, sheets to cover the worn out chairs and sofas, paper plates, face towels, laundry detergent and flip flops for the badly soiled carpet.... If you stay here, try using a prepaid Card with the specific amount you will pay. This Owner and Management Team are PETTY. The rooms have poor lighting, the pool lights didn’t work perhaps that’s because it needed Cleaning very cloudy. Patio furniture is Not useable. Holes in screen enclosure allow Lil Lizards and huge roach bugs in. Main bedroom first floor shower won’t get hot. Garage is a waste of space. We contacted Management with concerns and sent several pictures. They offered a $50 refund. No choice, had to make it work. Be Prepared!

The lack of accommodations in the house is very upsetting. The house is beautiful and wonderfully located. But the $200 CLEANING FEE is a joke. First seat on the couch I found a filthy comb in the crack of the couch, there were BUGS in the downstairs rooms. The utensils in the kitchen are either cheap or NON EXISTENT!! Be sure to pack rags, this property has NONE. The ceiling fan in one of the rooms wouldn’t turn on. The cost to rent the grill was outrageous and the pool was a 5 day minimum to heat up, so take note of that also it takes 24hrs for it to heat up. Getting in touch with the property managers was really crazy for getting confirmation information, someone at hotels.com gave me the wrong contact info and informed me I’d have to call several times for an answer... complete run around!! I will never boo with this home owner again, I’d rather go to HomeAway where my information is sent as soon as I book and pay, annnnnd the properties are fully equity and the prices aren’t “subject to change”

House was missing many things
Went to grill propane empty. Carpet filthy. Whenever I called office they acted like I was bothering them. Just a heads up they are going to charge you a extra $200 cleaning fee even before you show up.

Decepção nesta locação
A manutenção da casa deveria ser feita com mais frequencia. Eh cobrada a utilizacao do grill para limpeza porem entregam MUITO sujo sem condicoes. O ar condicionado ficou 3 dias sem funcionar, somente depois de muita exigencia vieram consertar e nao ha qualquer costumer service ou atendimento para saber se esta tudo de acordo ou ate mesmo satisfacao do cliente ou se esta precisando de algo.
