"We have stayed here many times, always the same room never any issues but this last visit, the jetted tub wasn’t clean at all. I literally had to scrub it down before we could use it. Besides that nice stay to visit our family"

"Rooms are dirty and have roaches. Lamps and televisions are broken. Requested a refund and was told one would be issued on the “honor system” until Hotels.com staff got involved. Then a refund was issued immediately. Thank you, Hotels.com staff member Amed for stepping in and handling the issue. "

"This was seriously a wonderful place. Everything was super clean upon arrival, communication with William was also pleasant. Got a chance to speak with William as we were leaving, he was an extremely nice gentleman. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future! "
