The staff is so polite and helpful, they also offer free coffee and tea during the day at the lobby. "The hotel had a relaxed and cool environment during a major heat wave in Thailand. The staff where friendly and polite. We had a junior suite which was comfortable and cleaned regularly. A fridge/freezer and microwave were supplied along with complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks, replaced daily. The a/c was excellent. The bed was huge and exteremely comfortable.
