A lovely hotel with spotless rooms and lush grounds. The staff was kind and helpful. Great location for exploring the city. I highly recommend!

Staff was very good. Small things were not up to par. For instance, no Kleenex. First day there was no hot water but this was corrected when we notified the staff.

Really great location. Felt like I was on my own deserted island. Room was like an island treehouse. Listening to the ocean at night on my own deck was amazing. Food was excellent and great staff made this a very enjoyable stay. If I’m ever back at Tulum beach I will know where to stay!

My stay at Shibari was amazing. It was hard to leave this place as it was such a unique and truly magical spot. The included breakfast is top notch and the service was amazing. The only negative thing about it is on the weekends you can get some noise from the nearby clubs until 2am. This doesn’t bother me as I often wear ear plugs when I sleep. And any hotel near the club zone has this same problem so it’s just a downside to staying within walking distance of that zone. I would definitely stay here again.

The clean and fast check in, so welcoming. The walk to the room was beautiful. The rooftop ,garden view with private pool was spectacular. The aroma of the entire suite was matching the vibe just beautiful. Very spacious,clean, well thought out suite.
