With 2200 sq ft of living space, this property boasts a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 70" smart TV in the open concept modern living room, and a 65" TV in the master bedroom, both fully equipped with the newest Amazon Fire sticks and TV and movies on all the major networks and channels to catch all your favorite programs, sports and movies. The second Queen bedroom has a MAC desk top computer with printer as well as wireless fiber internet (400Mbps x 400Mbps). Enjoy modern furnishings, fully equipped spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, a full-size gas stove, full-size fridge, filtered water throughout the entire home, and an additional triple filtered water faucet on the kitchen counter. The property features a washer and dryer, tankless hot water on demand. This self-check-in property is steps away from amazing restaurants, shops, and the bus, making it the perfect retreat for those looking to experience the best of Lake Chapala. We also have a fresh market located directly across the street for all your last minute needs.

Enjoy the new outdoor patio right off the living room with mountain and lake views complete with outdoor dining area with BBQ, outdoor sofas with patio umbrellas and lounge chairs to sit out and enjoy the fantastic weather morning, noon or night.

We have just added 2 brand-new high-end mountain bikes exclusively for our guests to use while they stay on property. Both 26" and 29" bikes so you can enjoy a fantastic bike ride exploring the Lake Chapala area provided free when you stay with us.

Too short of a stay

The whole package. From the welcome from the owners to the going upstairs, and seeing the property was a wow it was exceptionally clean, spotless, and what I like more at home is the comfortable clean factor. Everything else has its place and so much equipment. very clean and top of the line appliances. And lots of places to venture, and the bed? Don’t have about that. Very clean and confertable. Felt very safe there, could have stayed a month!!!
