"This property is above their cafe and my room 5 was directly above the ventilation fans - so you hear them loudly throughout your stay (no mention when booking of “bring earplugs”) Despite being mid December, the radiator in my room was not producing heat - perhaps the staff wear outdoor coats when ‘preparing’ the room. "The room was snug as the hotel name suggests but very cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an overnight business stay. The reception staff were amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area with what to see and do, the price was also right and we will stay again as we felt it was in the heart of the action in Galway city, excellent!"
