"Nice hotel. Clean and nice staff. However, the walls are paper thin! If anyone coughed, sneezed, talked, or worse on either side or above us, we could hear everything. Unfortunately, we had an individuals in the room next to us that loved to party late and sleep in late (through a loud alarm that rang for 30 minutes starting at a very early time). We asked to have our room changed but they were sold out of rooms. Can’t imagine we will be staying here again after two nearly sleepless nights."

"The hotel is beautiful but the staff leaves much to be desired. We got 2 rooms for 6 nights, spent money at the restaurant, overnight parking, room service, and yet they refused to ship a small item we left behind (housekeeping took it by mistake) unless we paid a $25 shipping fee. I’m disappointed by their poor customer service at the front desk. All other staff was good."

"This is a great hotel, super close to downtown, lots to do within the property, beautiful rooms as well. I did request a late check out and had housekeeping try to get in at 9:30am, 10am and 10:30am which was a little annoying but otherwise I would definitely stay here again."
