Beautiful New Townhome with Mountain Views. Close to downtown!

  • A beautiful brand new townhome with stunning mountain views from all over the house, including walks through the neighborhood. There are tons of trails very close to the property if you like to get outside. Less than 10 minute drive to the downtown mall. Wineries surround Charlottesville in every direction. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Super cozy living room area with beautiful electric fireplace located below the TV. Bonus room/extra living area with a moody, fun vibe located on the first floor with a TV and two futon couches that could act as beds as well. Brand new kitchen and appliances. Large dining room table for family dinners. Outdoor grill and patio furniture on a large back deck, perfect for your morning coffee or late night wind down. Propane fire option for the table with four chairs surrounding it, perfect for a meal out on the back deck with a view. Large dog park right outside the front door. Parking spaces in driveway and on the street as well.
