Downtown Mall Cottage just off Main St., breweries/wineries 10-30min drive

Location, Location, Location!! You have found it! You don't need a car for this one, 100 Feet to Main Street, 200 Feet to Downtown Mall, 700 Feet to UVA Campus and the UVA Medical Center. 200 Feet to Amtrak Station. Short Pleasant walk to John Paul Jones Arena, Scott Stadium and The Corner. We are also located very near the Zip Car Stop so leave your car at home and ride the train! But you don't have to leave the car, we have one dedicated off-street parking spot as well! Another option is the free Trolley.

2 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath Modern House, probable the absolute best location for what I was looking for; a place to stay, close to everything, but still the privacy of a house! Prepare yourself, you won't want to leave...Its Awesome! We were looking for a condo to share with our VRBO friends and stumbled across this amazing little house. About 995 square feet and so comfortable.

Our home is located within walking distance of Charlottesville's most renowned local restaurants, including Mas Tapas, Tavola, and Lampo, The Local, and Junction (modern Mexican) among others. We are also a short walk to the famous Downtown Pedestrian Mall with wonderful local boutiques; live music at The Jefferson Theater or Sprint Pavilion (Downtown Amphitheatre); theater, comedy, or opera at The Paramount Theater and live arts; Violet Crown Cinema, delicious dining options, gelato, and the Charlottesville Visitor Center. Many of Charlottesville's most popular attractions (Monticello/Ashlawn) are no more than 5 miles away. The wine culture here has gained national acclaim and tasting rooms at local wineries such as Veritas, Barboursville, Pollack, White Hall, Keswick, Jefferson, Glass House along with the burgeoning brewery tours of places like Blue Mountain Brewery, Three Notch'd, Devils Backbone, Champion, and Wild Wolf are within a 10-30 minutes drive and make for memorable day-trips. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, the Rivanna Trail (located in Belmont, about 5 minutes away) and the Blue Ridge Mountains are right down the road as well and are easily visited to take in the stunning vistas.

Cute 2BR cottage

Nicely furnished 2BR cottage. Close to UVA. A few blocks from a local park and playground. Not a lot of places to walk my dog but we managed.

Magical Month

We were lucky to find this gem. The perfect location for all things Charlottesville. Owner was top notch to work with all booking and during stay inquiries were quickly and accurately answered. Plenty of space for a couple of two for a long stay. Every appliance needed was there and working well. An abundance of china, glasses, cooking ware and paper products were stocked. Friendly neighbors. Everything well kept in this cottage. Look forward to another stay here in the future.

This house was a great space for four adults and a dog, who loved looking out from the upstairs balcony. It was walking distance to the Charlottesville bars/restaurants, and had friendly neighbors. We'd recommend to other guests!

Wonderful house in a convenient location!

We loved staying at this house! My husband and I stayed with our 8 month old and our dog, and this was a perfect house to spend a few days in Cville. It's close to downtown and many restaurants, coffee shops, etc on the main street, and we had no problem finding places that were open even on the 4th of July. It was also a great location to go on a hike in Shenandoah. Would highly recommend this place!

Great Location

The most adorable pink house right between the corner and the DT mall. A walk to either, but a very enjoyable walk after all the good food we ate. Other than the AC not working, the house is as so comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great location in a cozy cottage

We loved our stay in this Charlottesville home. The owners were so easy to work with throughout. The location was perfect so close to the downtown mall. Loved the within walking distance restaurants. The house had everything we needed. There is a reserved parking spot which was great. Basically, this house surpassed our expectations. This will be our go to Charlottesvile place to stay.

Highly recommend!

This rental is excellent. The house was very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen (plenty of cooking supplies). On top of that, the downtown area was less than 10 minutes walk away. Other great spots were a quick drive away. The owner was responsive and kind. I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting Charlottesville!

Great townhouse

We had a great experience here. The location is perfect. You can easily walk to the Mall and UVA. The townhouse is in a small cul de sac so it’s quiet. Kitchen was well stocked. And allowing the fir baby was an extra bonus! We will be back.

Great stay in beautiful 2-bdr home, awesome location

We had a great stay in this beautiful 2 bdr home just off Main Street in Charlottesville. Just a block from Main Street restaurants and stores, and a quick walk to the Corner or to the Downtown Mall. Home is very clean, quaint, and complete with all the essentials! Owner is quick to respond to questions. My college roommates from the 1980s and I stayed in this lovely home to visit and reminisce about our time at U.Va. Our stay in C'ville was made even more special by staying in this lovely 2 bdr cottage. Would recommend this lovely home to any C'ville visitor. We will definitely stay again!

Gem in the heart of the city

Great gem in the heart of the city! Walking distance to the mall and a free trolley ride to the UVA campus! The house is comfortable and well maintained. The coffee pot was leaking so I replaced it with a Mr. Coffee pot as I need my brewed coffee in the am. I would definitely stay here again as I loved the people and the neighborhood. There is lots to do in this small town! There is nothing like having your own place to come back too at the end of the day and a nice comfortable living room to relax.

An Ideal Little Spot

My sister and I hubbed out of Charlottesville for three days as we traveled around Western VA visiting family. The cottage is quiet, in a safe little neighborhood a block from West Main St, where we found lots of great dining and shopping options. It was a perfect little base from which to explore the nearby mountains and countryside.

Great Location! Very Comfy!

Super convenient for walking to campus and to downtown mall and to lots of good restaurants. Great to have a parking space. Loved the decor! Two comfy bedrooms upstairs and living area with small kitchen provided all we needed. We would happily stay again.
