"We checked in July 13 during the European heat wave and found that there was no air conditioning in the Santa Fe. To make it worse, the room window faced west. We couldn't have slept in that room. I went back to the desk and, in true Disney form, the desk clerk was able to find us a room in the nearby Cheyenne for a small additional difference in rates. It was a much nicer room and the breakfast buffet was incredible (the Santa Fe breakfast might have been good, too, but we didn't have it.)...

"Ontbijt en checkin 24/7 ideaal. Helaas was het stapelbed vies. Tussen het matras en rand bed van het stapelbed allemaal chipsresten. Verder bleef de stop van het bad niet dicht waardoor de kinderen niet in bad konden. 2 jaar geleden was het beter."

"Cleanliness and overall condition of property was not great if you are use to USA Disney properties. Room was old, chipped and worn surfaces, safe did not work, bathtub drain did not work. The value was not worthy of Disney name or cost."
