I’ll happily stay here again

Budget-priced hotel, in excellent condition. The room was very clean and large enough for two people. A short walk to the Metro, then 20 minutes to the city centre. Fairly good neighbourhood with a supermarket near the hotel.

Basic accommodation with rude and unhelpful staff

i stayed here for two nights.. i can't recommend the hotel as the staff are rude and unhelpful from check in to check out. it's convenient to my family otherwise i wouldn't stay here.

Rude staff

The worst hotel experience in my life. The staff was very snappy and rude. On the first day we asked for 2 extra pillows but the reception just looked weird at us and couldn’t understand why we would need that. He said that he would come up with them asap. One hour later and he came with only one pillow. The next day we were only given 1 towel but didn’t wanted to say anything given the past experience. In the last day we had 0 towels so we went down and asked for 2. Again we were met with a snappy attitude. The Wi-Fi was very bad and often you had to reconnect ( which took a very long time). At one time we accidentally stepped on wet floor and the cleaner shouted at us. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

El desayuno no es gratuito tiene un costo de $11 por persona y está bastante bien. El hotel es lindo y el personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudarte. Tiene estación de metro cerca que facilita llegar a donde quieras.

Embora o nome seja B&B (Bed and Breakfast), o café da manhã é quase o valor de uma refeição e não está incluído na diária, o que me parece comum na Europa. Havia máquinas com opções de café. O staff foi sempre muito atencioso e solícito com as nossas necessidades.
