Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. They did not put us in the original room booked but found a room as we booked after the first night. We would stay again. Seeing both rooms some are in better condition than others but they all were clean and spacious for a room in London.

El hotel es comodo, limpio y esta bien ubicado, tiene estacion de bus a 5 minutos y de tren a 15 min. El servicio es normal nada especial pero cordiales. Las opciones del desayuno son limitadas y no muy buenas, diria que fue la mayor decepción. La cama y almohadas comodas, la ducha principal con poca presion pero con la ducha telefono se compensaba. Es una opcion precio/calidad justa.

"We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time, but the staff worked hard to allow us into the room early. Upon return to our room after dinner, there was a terrible smell in the bathroom (as the extractor was blowing air in!), however Darrell noted the issue carefully for their maintenance team and ..."
