"I absolutely loved this place, so much so I extended my stay not once but twice! I would have been happy to never leave. The location is fantastic. The only downside was the totally unnecessary Buddha bar type disco and MC in the outside patio restaurant, which was so out of keeping with the sublime surroundings. I used to go to the original Buddha bar in Paris 30 years ago, but I do not want this in a beautiful sleepy lakeside hotel while on holiday. I also felt for the people whose rooms were on the front with the noise every night. Whoever brainchild those did not understand the hotels unique charm. I would leave the property in the evenings, take a walk and eat elsewhere else to avoid it. Thankfully my room was in the back. "

"We loved everything about this hotel! Greeted by George who was terrific as was the other staff. Room was beautiful with a small but gorgeous view of Lake Geneva. Close to the Promonade, the bus, shopping, etc. We highly recommended!"

"Hotel Victoria is a great choice for a stay while visiting Montreux. We had a junior suite and the balcony view was spectacular. The restaurant has 5-star quality food and service. The hotel staff were fantastic. We would definitely stay there again."
