"Wonderful!! This property was as fine as a countryside manor can get. I can't say enough great things about the property and the hosts,Uliana and Andy. WE were greeted by Andy on the first day to ensure a smooth check in, and from there we were treated as their guests, not just renters.Any and all our questions were answered quickly and any small issues were resolved. We made use of the hot tub and heated pool on a daily basis, which were very clean and ready to use. Anyone wishing for a true French country experience should look into this property. One other thing Uliana hooked us up with a private chef and his wife for 2 tremendous private dinners and we thrilled with their service. I highly recommend this property, for us we give them 10 STARS!!!!"

"Charming and spacious 12th century accommodation in a pastoral, secluded setting. Magical in many ways. One could just close one’s eyes and imagine the Knights Templar in the space.Delightfully decorated with pretty furnishings that fit the space and thoughtful art pieces.Host was very responsive as issues arose.Would have been nice to have a ground floor bedroom and bathroom. Not a suitable property for an elderly person or anyone who might have trouble with uneven surfaces or stairs with no railings."

"Great multi lingual staff, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel and especially the gardens, with the river and working restored water wheel. A great location to explore the nearby attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended and would stay here again if in the area. "

"Great little house, just right for us. Peaceful location but near to facilities. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and plenty of towels and sheets. The host Liliane was most attentive and gave us good suggestions for an outing."

"Horrible checkin process. Also your room has to pass inspection before you check-out or your 100 euro deposit is not refunded. Also you have to make and strip beds and haul the sheets and towels out."

"The hosts were very helpful. The dog proof garden was crucial for us. Any questions we had were responded to very quickly. The walk into the town was not long and quite lovely, but rather steep. Fun for a couple of days."
