"First time I've ever booked through VRBO (or any other online system) and I was a little nervous about the whole thing but ....The place was a perfect stay for myself and two 14 year olds .... the clean pond was perfect for the teens who took advantage of it a few times; if we had more time they would have been in it more. Being able to use the grill a few times was great Location was perfect to the beach and quick drives Orleans for paddlebpoarding and Yarmouth for mini golf. My daughter said she did not want to leave and wanted to come back again next year - high praise indeed from a teenager!"
"Absolutely loved our stay here. We brought our 2-year-old daughter, and it was our first true family vacation that wasn’t just traveling to visit relatives. We stayed in a beachfront room, and it was incredibly peaceful to open the door and hear the ocean. Every morning, we made breakfast in the kitchenette and enjoyed it while looking out at the water. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was spacious and nicely updated. It felt just right for us as a young family. We’re already looking forward to coming back next summer!"

"John’s place was great. The location is wonderful and it’s very comfortable. It comes well equipped with plenty of bikes, beach towels and toys and was great for our large family of grandparents, parents and kids. John was a great communicator and gave us an early check-in and late check out. We’d love to back and stay at John’s place Chatham again. "
"Stay was excellent every was great. Only two minor nit picks. First, TV remote did not work well and the tvs physical controls were broken so the volume was very difficult to adjust not a big deal. Second, we had a room with a kitchenette and many of the dishes and utensils were put away dirty by the previous group so there was food on every thing. I feel like although its up to you to wash your own dishes the hotel staff should atleast inspect these items between stays or indicate that there would be a fee if they are not clean to ensure the previous group doesn’t put away dirty dishes."
