From Seahouses Harbour, you can take a boat trip out to see the birdlife of the Farne Islands. Other local attractions include Bamburgh Castle, Howick Hall, Dunstanburgh Castle and The Alnwick Garden, all within 15 miles.


Enter this bright and welcoming single-level hideaway and take off your walking boots on the handy bench in the entrance hallway. Stepping outside, the enclosed west-facing garden has a couple of pretty seating areas with outdoor furniture, offering a perfect spot for dining alfresco and taking in the sunsets.
