Entering via a private entrance, you’ll find yourself on the ground floor, which features a generous hallway, a WC, and a useful storage room with a washing machine. Upstairs on the first floor is a modern, open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The kitchen has all the amenities you’d expect in a modern home, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso-style coffee machine. It comes fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs. The lounge has a cozy sofa for four, and there’s a dining table for six.
Upstairs again on the second floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms and a four-piece bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and bath. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed and sliding wardrobes with ample storage. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed and a useful desk for study.
There is also a single garage included with secure parking, and we can offer free street parking for up to two vehicles.
