The Old Antique Shop is a beautiful property accommodating up to four guests on a single level with both bedrooms benefiting from their own shower room. The large open-plan living space incorporates a fully equipped kitchen as well as dining area making it ideal for couples, friends or families.
The open plane living/kitchen/diner is a really substantial size, and not really captured on the photos, most people are surprised at the size we’ve created, almost like a loft space ! The space Converted from an antique shop and situated on the famous Roman road (The Fosse Way), this property has access to all that the historic town of Stow-on-the-Wold has offer. The cottage is perfectly positioned for exploring the Cotswold countryside, with many walking trails and bike routes. Just outside the door is the picturesque Stow-on-the-Wold town centre with pubs, restaurants, and shops.

Once you arrive and park, you are ‘slap bang’ in the middle of Stow, but just round the corner of a row of shops…..you’ll love the place and the location. Other things to note 30% discount for 7 night stays. We have been open a few years, it was previously with a holiday company, but we now are managing it as a family, hence we are building reviews on Air b n b. We happily welcome wonderful people to The Old Antique Shop (and Old Burford Cottage) and it’s more than a business to our family, it’s a way of welcoming guests from worldwide locations, and we can’t wait to meet you. This is a peaceful, 5* property in the centre of Stow with no expense spared, and we really appreciate you looking after it, as if it were your own, but making it ‘home from home’ for you and your family.

This was the perfect location for a short walk to the Stowe Square and also the Fosse Road. The amenities were perfect for a week away with plenty of hot water. Hosts were did an excellent job of communicating. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay! The owners are very helpful. The property is such a great conversion and had everything we needed. We slept very well, really comfy beds. Brilliant location, just around the corner from some great places to eat. There's also an M&S Food over the road!
The Old Antique Shop is a fabulous property, two minutes walk from all the wonderful shops, pubs and restaurants that Stow has to offer. One of the best self-catering properties we have ever stayed in - immaculate, super comfortable beds and sofa, and great showers! Communication with the owners was fabulous, before, during and after our stay. Definitely will stay here next time we are in Stow - Steve and Dawn have created an absolute gem of a property!!

Comfortable small 2 bedroom unit that is good for 2 people. Kitchen is limited for cooking; appliances are good; 2 baths are nice; shower water pressure is great; space is tight with no counter space or standing shelves for toiletries.
Location is just steps away from the towns main street, but on a very busy frontage street to a heavily traveled road. As a result, lots of noise from cars. Parking is limited and tight. Overall, a good choice for Stow-on-the-Wold.
Steve and Dawn were so amazing throughout - from our planning until the end of our star. We were a bit concerned that the stores will be closed and stressing about what to eat over Christmas and Boxing Days. Dawn checked the stores across the street and even purchase milk and bread for us. They are very sweet and communicative throughout.
