"This was the perfect family vacation. The staff was really nice and was always offering help. Fabi and Fernando at front desk and guest services were so helpful and friendly. My daughter befriended many of the staff at the restaurant and they were extremely kind with her. The pool was fun and the entertainment staff; Berenice was extremely kind with our family. Will definitely come back to Dreams in Puerto Aventuras!!!"
