The room was great, the employees are friendly, Roni the bellman helped my wife because she twisted her ankle on the trip to the hotel and he got her an ice pack. the concierge Miriam and Johnathan were helpful also.

Erick - Pool attendant was excellent, friendly and service was great. Amenities, room and food were also very good. Unfortunately no shuttle to resort and had to pay over 300USD to get to resort.

We enjoyed our stay. The property felt a little dated and the food was average. Overall the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It could be difficult to get chairs at the beach and main pool although we went during a very high season.

Excellent staff, room was clean and maintained during our stay. The evening restaurants can be tricky as they close for weddings, and don't take reservations - first come first serve. Which means wait times can be over an hour to get a table. Evening events were amazing, the fire show, the beach night movies, the evening music - something different each night in the lobby with a mixology bar.

The Staff was amazing, Henry in Concierge along with Francisco were very helpful. Francisco and Roman in Valet services were also very helpful. Our son dislocated his knee playing beach volleyball the first day and the whole staff did everything to make our stay better.

Needs a major upgrade- peeling paint, cracked sink , missing tiles etc On the flip side staff were lovely, helpful and friendly Food was mediocre at best so we ate away from the hotel a few times Pool and beach are great but not enough seating for all guests even including the preferred pool and reserved area- Cute entertainment team who gave it their all

The tremendous leadership and dedication of the staff make this a favorite stay. Fernando, Jazi and Ivan in preferred, Julian in Oceana, Rosalba, Natali, Barbara in houskeeping. Wonderful well motivated professional staff and year over year the resort makes constant improvements, always an activity or a positive addition made.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dreams Adventuras Riviera Maya for a Christmas vacation. We were treated very well and, even better, we were considered “preferred quests” with access to special areas of the resort with some extra perks. From the time we arrived to our departure, the staff was courteous, helpful, professional, and overall delightful to interact with. The room was very clean and well maintained. The restaurants were tastefully decorated with wonderful staff. The pools and hot tub were also well maintained. I recommend the hydro-therapy session in the spa and the Italian restaurant “Portofino.” I would highly recommend this resort in Maya Riviera the next time you visit Mexico. Special shout-out to our arrival agent Hernandez and our snorkeling trip advisor Victoria. In general, everyone is a pleasure to have met.

For the price, I recommend the.Preferred Guest package as you get some extra service including a lounge. The staff is the best part of our stay - attentive and nice. Location is good and amenities are fine - but it is smaller resort which is a good thing as it never feels crowded. The resort should invest in two things: better food at the restaurants and better bedding and room accommodations. They said you should book through Expedia as it matters to the resort what their customers are important.
