While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. We had requested a non-smoking room with two twin beds however when we arrived at 1 am we found a smoking room with one bed. We were almost an hour insisting for a better room.
